I found Leo's when looking for somewhere close during a trip to Carowinds. I found them based on their high reviews and they are open until 3pm on a Saturday!!! They saved me :) I called and let them know about the weird noise my car was making. They had me in and out within an hour and half. I needed my brakes done and 2 tires and Joaquin was not only knowledgeable on what could be wrong but also friendly and welcoming! The entire shop was this way as well. 5 GLOWING STARS! Best auto care in Charlotte. Hands down. If you're looking for a reliable place, go here. Not only is Leo's honest, they really know their stuff. Guys, I will never take my car anywhere else. Over the past year or so, Juan and his team have taken exceptional care of me and my fiancé. I have never felt like I was being lied to, upsold to, or deceived in any way. And being a woman who usually gets taken advantage of at auto shops, honesty is most important to me. My most recent experience here absolutely blew me away! My car had several complicated oil leaks and Juan went over every single thing about it in detail with me- telling me the pros and cons of whether to get it fixed. In the end we decided it best to let the car go- and he could have easily swayed me the other way to make money- but he didn't! He left it up to the customer which is how it should be. Just OUTSTANDING service and very kind people. I will happily give them my business for the rest of my time in Charlotte. I finally found my auto care place!!

They saved me over $170 dollars to change my plugs and change the oil. Other places wanted to charge $391, $450, and $498 just to do those two things. One place tried to tell me the plugs my car use were $45, not knowing I had already priced them, and they ranged between 9 and 25 dollars. What they didn't know in the air force I was an airplane hydraulic specialist. I also worked on cars, was a car inspector in order for you to get your tags. Leo not only charged less but was under the 3 hour window they told me it would take to do the work. I will be going to them from now on with the maintenance my disabilities won't allow me to do.

Went to Leo's to get my brakes looked at. Having just got new brakes recently from another mechanic, I knew something was wrong. Come to find out I needed two brake lines and my vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive until fixed. So I had to leave it there longer than expected since I went during my lunch break. Well first and foremost they gave me a ride back to work for free which was really generous. Then proceeded to repair my truck in a timely manner and update me throughout the day until it was fixed. They went above and beyond and this kind of work shouldn't go unnoticed. The price was really cheap and the service was really professionally well done. I'm extremely satisfied and positively recommend.

Definitely recommend. My brakes went bad on my Jeep and I dropped it off on a Saturday morning with no notice. He recognized and fixed the issue quick and it was ready in about 3 hours. I've come here for 2 years and I love bringing my cars here for repair. Each time I come they give me honesty and fair prices. Today I brought my Jeep Compass in today and needed over 1000$ worth of work done on it and the money was worth the service. When I picked up my car I immediately could tell my car was different and it drove so much better and I'm glad to say I would recommend every one I meet to come get your car worked on here. Was on a trip from FL to OH and heard some very concerning noises coming from my car with no way to diagnose on my own. They inspected my vehicle and recommended that I get new brakes. I told them I have a local mechanic in OH that I prefer to work with. They assured me that I was more than safe to get home and have the repair made there. They gave me peace of mind when they could have taken advantage of me and said they needed to be replaced on the spot. They also helped tuck a few wires as a courtesy that were exposed and hanging from my car from a bad trailer hitch installation. All around great experience. Juan was very helpful and honest and I would highly recommend Leo's!

They did a catalystic converter and O2 sensor for my 2006 Honda. No check engine has came on and I've taken her out of town and back.. And this was back in March. Here we are in May and everything seems to be holding steady.. the wheel alignment has been great.. everything is amazing over there. Family oriented.. This establishment is amazing. I just moved here and noticed my Brakes were making a horrible sound. I went to another auto shop and the price they gave me was tooooo expensive. I called this location and the manger Joaquin was soooo friendly! Mind you they close at 3 pm on Saturday and he stayed opened for me past 3 pm to fix my brakes. He didn?t complain and he even joked with me. His customer service is unmatched and prices are VERY reasonable. He works with you, is patient, and very kind.
