This rating isn't about the quality of the work since the owner/mechanic advised that the quote I got somewhere else was reasonable. This rating is based on the interactions and integrity of the owner/mechanic, and my first experience ever at a shop where I didn't feel like someone was trying to take advantage of me. While I didn't get my repair done at his shop, he came out and did a visual inspection of my vehicle. After his assessment, he gave me a very honest rundown about his prices relative to a direct competitor for what I was trying to get fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here first to get an unbiased opinion from someone who takes pride in what they do, and then determine if you still need to look elsewhere for quotes.
